How do I know if you accept my health insurance plan?
Please refer to our accepted insurance list. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our office to verify your specific insurance benefits. You may also contact your insurance plan for more information.
Does my insurance plan require a referral from primary care provider?
HMO plans and Medicaid plans typically require a primary care referral for specialist appointments. Please have your PCP referral ready before scheduling. You should contact your PCP’s office to obtain a referral.
What if I don’t have insurance or my plan is out-network?
We offer reasonable rates to those who are not covered by insurance. Please contact our office for more information.
